Trouble is if you take the red pill you just open your eyes to a different deception.
Some years ago now I took a lot of flak for opposing regime change in Libya.
"You can't support Gadaffi, he's a tyranny," yelled the 'left'.
I didn't support Gadaffi, I simply knew that if he was removed then unless an army of occupation is left in the country to keep order there will be chaos and very likely what will emerge from that will be worse that Gadaffi who, it's worth noting, was very popular and had the suppot of over half his people, not because he was a wonderful human being, but because he shared the oil revenues through a very generous welfre system.
One guy who claimed he was a Political Science professor (it might have been true, he was stupid enough,) accused me of wanting to return to colonialism even though I had been against military intervention and externally imposed regime change throughout.
So the conclusion is you have the blue pill of Military - Industrial Complex Imperalism or the red pill of Corporate - Globalist Cartel Imperialism.
Me? I try to stick to the paleo - diet and avoid medication.
