Numerous properly conducted studies have shown red meat and saturated fat, in reasonable quantities as part of a mixed diet are not unhealthy. Other studies have shown that the real health hazards are white sugar, and other refined or processed food.

As for the toxic shite fed to beef cattle, pigs and sheep to promote speedy weight gain, they are also present in white meat, while different types of toxic shite are used to improve yields from vegetable and grain crops.

Read the labels carefully and buy the best and most naturally produced food you can. Simples.
