Good advice Chrissy, I’ve followed most of it, not religiously but loosely, for years, I’ve never had flu, can’t remember the last time I had a heavy cold and am told by the people who run my twice yearly lifeworthiness tests that I have the heart and lungs of a much younger man. They also say my Ph level is arounf 7.5. Wanting to understand what hat meant I found a lot of information suggesting a Ph level over 7 is a big help in staying healthy although we wouldn’t want it too high, that would be like drinking bleach.

Information about foods that help lift the body’s Ph level is abundant online. Some are quite surprising as they’re usually associated with acidity, but apparently its not the food item itself but what the liver does with it that produced the effect.

We could all do much more to maintain good health, diet, hydration and good sleep are vitally important.
