Adolescent humour aside, in my experience billionaires who style themselves libertarians are seldom anything of the sort, they are the kind of people who will take liberties with law, ethics, good business practice and basic human decency and would cheerfully strip the rest of us of whatever liberties we have managed to cling to.
I don’t know enough about the “philanthropy” of big Koch” to comment on its toxicity, but in general philanthropy does not get any more toxic than that of the Silicon Valley billionaires whose charitable acts are usually barely disguised efforts to recreate the world in their own image.
